Background Check
Guards On Demand conducts extensive pre-employment background checks on all personnel before hiring. We use BCI (background check incorporated) to conduct all of the background checks on potential employees.
The following is a list of all the pre-employment screening measures that Guards on Demand may conduct.
- BSIS License Verification
- Previous Employment Verification
- Personal Reference Check
- Criminal and Civil History
- Department of Motor Vehicle Report (for possible patrol car drivers)
- Workers Compensation Report
- Drug Testing (drug tests are conducted randomly throughout the year)
